Google Docs to Finally Go Offline

Oh happy day! Google has announced that Google Docs will have the ability to be used offline in the coming months. I have been using Google Docs since its debut and have been extremely happy with the program. For me, it has not replaced Word and DEFINITELY hasn’t replaced Excel or Powerpoint, but it is the best software to use when collaborating on a document with a group of people (am I the only one who hates the “track changes” feature in Word?). I cannot give a review of the new offline features because Google is slowly rolling out this out and I have yet to have access to these new features. But I’m excited about this and I thought I’d share that with the world.
